Vienna — The city of superlatives
Vienna is unique. In no other city in the world is such a wide variety of wine planted as here. Also highly unusual is that a culinary style (''the Viennese cuisine'') is named after a city. Not to forget the musical tradition of Vienna, which is rightly considered a centre of classical music in the world. As the former capital of the Austrian-Hungarian monarchy, Vienna was at the heart of the second largest empire in Europe. That the rulers understood how to accumulate wealth can be seen on every Viennese street corner. Imperial architecture wherever you turn. Despite its size today Vienna has kept its former charm. And it is not without reason that Vienna comes out on top each year in international studies of quality of life. Spend a few days in this beautiful city and you will understand why.
